Vingegaard by far best GC-specialist

Jonas Vingegaard is by far the most succesful GC-rider at the start of the third GrandTour of 2025. Besides the main contender of Visma is his helper Sepp Kuss the only other who knows how to win a GrandTour. Almeida and Ayuso both have shown remarkable strong performances in GCs, but still have to show what they're able to win a race lasting three weeks.

Philipsen and Pedersen best sprinters

Behind Jappe and Mads are the only top-sprinters present in the Vuelta of 2025. Mihkels, Viviani, Van Uden, Marit, Coquard and Zingle all have fast legs, but normally they will fall short against the two top-sprinters and spring-classic winners.
