Tour de France 2025 - Prediction stage 11

Wednesday July 16th 2025: Stage 11 - Toulouse – Toulouse (156.8 km, sprint+)

After the first rest day, the riders will be presented with a relatively short and hilly stage around Toulouse. This is a day on which the strong sprinters can show themselves, although there are a few short, categorized climbs in the final of the stage that can thin out the peloton. The route takes you through the rolling countryside south of Toulouse, with wide roads and a few technical passages.

The first part of the stage is flatter and offers the sprinter teams the opportunity to take control. Will a strong breakaway form? The last kilometers towards the finish in the center of Toulouse are wide and clear, with a slightly ascending finish street that makes it extra tough after a fast day. The chance of a sprint is there, but strong attackers can try to surprise on the rolling approach. For the classification riders, it is especially important to stay out of trouble. The strong sprinters will want to seize this opportunity with both hands, because the mountains of the Pyrenees are already waiting on the horizon.
