De Brabantse Pijl / La Flèche Brabançonne 2026 - Prediction

Friday April 17th 2025: De Brabantse Pijl / La Flèche Brabançonne - Beersel - Overijsse (162.6 km) 

The Brabantse Pijl 2025 is 162.6 kilometres long and has 21 climbs. The finish is, as usual, on the Brusselsesteenweg in Overijse, where the last metres are slightly uphill.

Since last year the race is no longer held on Wednesday and the course has been shortened. The flat opening phase has been cancelled, which means that the peloton is confronted with the first climbs early on. The Alsemberg appears soon after the start, followed by six other climbs in the run-up to the local circuit.

That circuit is covered three times in its entirety and is 19.8 kilometres long. It contains four climbs: the Hertstraat, Moskesstraat, Holstheide and the S-Bocht. The S-Bocht is 1,300 metres from the finish and has an average gradient of 4.2%. Even after this climb, the climb continues slightly uphill until the finish line.

During the 2025 edition, the final turned out to be a battle between Evenepoel and van Aert. Remco Evenepoel won the sprint at his season debut, will he defend his title in 2026?
